Managed to get my ass up and had a morning gym sesh. Rainy morning, wet roads, comfy bed but i got up anyway.
I would like to say, ‘i found my whey’ and I’m glad i made that first step! Now, the next few steps will be even tougher but if i’ve done it before, i can do it again. People fall down all the time anyways, right? :)

Ok so today i sucked it up and faced the Fitness Assessment lika man. It really wasnt easy and having lost the weight before, this was deja vu.
So im just gonna be completely honest and make sure that i am no longer in denial. I weigh 83KG and have a Body Fat percentage of 34%. Its terrible,i know and it feels even worse. Feeling like Casper’s uncle above when i really just wanna look and feel like Casper. :D
So my weight lost program starts TOMORROW, MONDAY 2nd December and in 3 months time, i will be down to 77KG. Laugh all you want, joke about my weight all you want and of course to the people who call me names behind my back. Just wait and see, come Feb, i’ll be much leaner with the Weights program I’m about to start on.
Honestly, a part of me feels a little angry. Angry cos i let myself get back to this weight that i was at 6 years ago. Took me 2 years of non stop working out and Muay Thai to get to 68KG and now, im back at the big EIGHT. But i tell myself, if i’ve done it before, i can do it again, its about discipline really and im 100% committed now and will never ever ever let myself reach the high EIGHT again.
Tomorrow its 3KM in the morning before work and weight training in the evening. Wish me luck!

On my journey to shed some pounds that i’ve put on from being happily in love.
Oh how can i forget this, of course, the other reason to shedding is Sarah has very happily signed us up for our fitness assessment this weekend. I pray and i hope and PRAY EVEN MORE that my body fat percentage isnt like 60% that would freak me the fuck out!
Today’s my second day at it and i slipped. No worries, its not the end of the world, i’ll get it back on track! I did a lot better yesterday, with a subway for lunch and sliced fish soup for dinner and a killer session at the gym.

Cant update anything on dinner since its only 5pm at the moment. I am however, looking forward to Bernandos’ step later on. The good thing about STEP classes, so.much.sweat.
